Latenight Raider

21 days ago I finished my track called Latenight Raider. It has a 140 BPM breakbeat intro, and goes to 174 at the end....

This track is planned to be in the Latenight Ramadance group. And the group planned to compile the tracks and release them. But I'm not sure about my track. It needs some fixes before release.

Bop Remix Competition (Med School)

Med School Music held a remix competition for Bop's track - Enjoy the Moment. So I take this opportunity. This competition opened for a week but I did this less than a day (about 5 hours). I this competition the winner will get the Med School releases to date (MEDIC1 - MEDIC17).

Recent Technic and Production

Hey now I want to experimenting with Ableton Live and Cubase. But still the main sequencer is by using FL Studio. Because FL Studio's audio output is not really good, so is Ableton Live, I will mixed the layer of instruments in the Cubase.

The idea is I'll render every instrument/channel by muting other instruments. For example I will render the drumline only, so I muter the others, and so on.. After all I will mix down the using Cubase, and maybe remixing it first before mixdown. Btw it's just my imagination. I don't know wether it's good or not, I still need your advice. But don't tell to use Logic Pro, 'cause I don't have a mac, But still I could use my friend's mac hehe...

For tracks update in the progress, I still have some unfinished works. But I will tell you the recent work is called Olisimus - Latenight Raider. This track has 140 BPM intro, and you better watch out. And about the title, firstly I entitled this as Buru Sergap, and translated it into English as Raider. And then I will feature this track to Latenight Ramadance group. So then I rename it to Latenight Raider, 'cause it also inspired by a raid in the end of Ramadan 2009, when the master of terrorist got killed in the bath room, after a long night raid.

Beside making some original mixes, I am also doing some remixes. And one remix I enjoy very much is from DJ Echa - Dope. This tune was played on air by Global Radio 88.4 MHz Jakarta. Someday I will post the song here..

Atmosfer Sore Hari

My first track after moving to Tangerang is done. It's called Atmosfer Sore Hari (Afternoon Atmosphere).

The story behind the scene is first when I make the drum pattern is on the afternoon at home near to Jakarta - Merak highway. So the sunset is feeling good.

Working on DNB Tunes

Recently I make some DNB tunes. It maybe atmospheric, glitch tech DNB, dubstep or something.. something's not melodious, sounds of minimalist.

Work in Progress

Finally I start to produce some tunes, but do not finish a track. I got software support from my friend in Principle of South, Yogyakarta. So we decide to work together in music production. The record label will be called Stealth Department. We will make a compilation album and be released freely via net label. I hope this will be a good start.

Back to the Studio

Yeah I'm back to produce some new tracks - after having shared computer of my brother. But it's far from complete because I don't bring installer CD, and recently I'm using LMMS (Linux MultiMedia Studio). It's similar to FL Studio, and need a little time to adapt. But I still need FL Studio or smarter software.

Vacuum at the Moment

Yeah recently I don't have a PC. Because both hard drives are damage. So I cannot produce some tunes at the moment. In the next few weeks I will move to Jakarta to get a job. And there I will have a PC to work, so I can produce some tunes again.
